When I looked her up online, I noted that she had only been a real estate agent for a relatively short period of time---only about a year and a half. I was not too keen on having the biggest purchase of our lives being handled by someone with so little experience. My wife convinced me to give the “rookie” a chance. That turned out to be a very good decision. Jasmine is very nice and personable. She is from Savannah and is familiar with the city and surrounding area. She is able to offer insight on various neighborhoods as only a local can do. Her background as a paralegal is helpful in dealing with the legal issues involved in buying a home. She explained the new rules for realtors that went into effect this year. She was always prompt which is something we value. We looked at almost two dozen homes. Jasmine worked well with the selling agents to coordinate the visits and organize them in the most efficient manner. Perhaps her greatest asset is her patience when actually looking at properties. We tend to be thoughtful and deliberate…maybe too much sometimes. Jasmine never rushed us. She never tried to influence or sway our opinion or decision. She gave us the time and space to make a choice that we are completely happy with. And we are extremely satisfied with all the work she did and the assistance she provided. Though somewhat new to the field, Jasmine has all the professionalism of a seasoned veteran."
